Operations Coordinator (Guest Experience & STR Operations)

Your Responsibilities

  •   - Coordinate guest communication and ensure a smooth guest experience
  •   - Manage cleaning schedules, property readiness and checklists
  •   - Conduct on-site quality inspections and follow up on issues
  •   - Log, prioritize and coordinate maintenance & repairs with technicians
  •   - Track inventory (amenities, linens, consumables) and manage replenishments
  •   - Support onboarding of new properties and improve operational workflows

 

Your Qualifications

  •  - Experience in STR operations, Rooms Division, Front Office or Housekeeping coordination
  •  - Fluent in Spanish & English (additional languages are a plus)
  •  - Tech-savvy (comfortable with PMS and operational tools; Guesty/Breezeway is a plus)
  •  - Strong problem-solving skills, organization and stress resistance
  •  - Driver’s license and willingness to be mobile on-site
  •  - Flexibility for dynamic schedules
